
Man it is so icy cold both inside and out. I am struggling to get the mass quantity of water down. I just know from my past weight loss that water is the key to flushing my system.
Do you have a hard time with drinking water when you are cold?
I have been on my new diet for two days and am doing good. I would say great but I am simply doing good. It is going to take some time for me to break all of those bad habits that have brought me to this point.
I need to grocery shop for LOTS of veggies so I have loads of low calorie snacks to much on during those times I want to fry anything in my path.
I bought some protien packs that go in my water. That would be very helpful if I could get all the water in right? I also bought the BL chocolate protein to make smoothies. I have an issue with getting protein in so this should help.
I also ordered a BL DVD thru Netflix that should be here tomorrow or the next day. I love that Netflix has them so I can find the ones I can actually do before I run out and buy them.
I am determined to win the self challenge this time and I know slow and steady wins the race. I am taking it one day at a time and one pound at a time.
Like always I think in 10 lb goals. If I think about the real number of pounds I have to lose I will begin to feel overwhelmed and give up. So I set 10lb goals one at a time and I reward myself with something new to wear each ten pounds.
